Sol Dulcis is the combination of three fruits that taste best when hand-picked ripe. An homage to world travel in sun-soaked locale, this infusion offers mango (Mexico or Peru), Pineapple (Guyana or Ghana) and kiwi (New Zealand, France). Set on a background of rhum agricole from Guadeloupe, the bright tropical nature of these fruits are given center stage.
