Indomitas is a complex Single Blended Rum, crafted from the marriage of two distinct distillates from the 2010 vintage. The first component is a Pot Still rum which matured for 15 years in ex-Bourbon casks. The second, distilled in a Coffey Column, underwent a unique double maturation: 6 years in ex-Bourbon wood followed by 9 years in ex-Cognac casks. Fully tropically aged, these elements are expertly blended to create a cuvée of remarkable structure and expression.
