Building on the success of the Lyon  craft beer brewery of the same  name, Ninkasi launched its whisky  production activity in 2015, with  brand new facilities established on  the site of a former dye factory.  Distilled in a Charentais still from  unpeated pilsen and aged in an ex Cognac cask, Ninkasi 2017 is an  intensely rich and fruity whisky with  flavors of exotic fruits.
