This bottling was distilled in 2012 and initially aged in Fiji’s tropical climate in an ex-Bourbon cask until 2014. Then, it finished its maturation in the European climate in the same type of barrel. This single cask shows the iconic and unique nature of Fijian rum at its finest, bottled at cask strength with no additives to highlight its full potential.
