Each year marks are evaluated and blended to produce an annual release which changes year to year - offering a glimpse into a specific moment of the distillery, never to be found again. Each Great House edition is produced from a mix of raw material, fermented with the ambient wild yeast of the distillery, distilled on double retort pot still, aged in the tropical conditions of the distillery, blended at the distillery, and bottled at high strength with no additives.
