The distillery sources molasses exclusively from the Rocky Point Sugar Mill, the country’s last remaining private mill. Its unique character comes from a dual distillation process: a first pass through a column still followed by a final distillation in 'The Old Copper,' a legendary pot still in operation since 1889. Aged in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a robust 60% ABV, this limited edition captures the unmistakable, bold profile that defines Beenleigh.
