With the release of this Hampden OWH 2016, the Habitation Velier range has officially completed its journey through all eight legendary marks of the distillery.

The OWH mark—standing for Outram Warmold Hussey—is a tribute to the family legacy that took the reins of Hampden Estate in 2009. While it carries the lowest ester count in the Hampden portfolio, OWH is anything but quiet. It is a sophisticated heir to the Trelawny "funk," defined by classy, empyreumatic notes and a vibrant aromatic profile.

This expression was aged for seven years in the estate’s own warehouses, where the intense tropical climate claimed an "Angel’s Share" of over 42%. Bottled at a powerful 60% ABV, this edition features an ester content of 147.4 gr/hLAP, offering a refined yet undeniably Jamaican experience.
