The production process is a meticulous two-stage distillation: the initial fermentation is first distilled to roughly 25-30% ABV in a 380-liter Müller pot still. To achieve its final, high-proof elegance, the spirit undergoes a second distillation in a larger 1,500-liter Müller still equipped with a four-tray column, reaching 72% ABV. This method preserves the raw, vibrant soul of the cane while adding a sophisticated structure.

Bottled at 59% ABV, this edition features a powerful ester content of 289 gr/hLPA. It stands as a liquid homage to Haiti—a spirit defined by a deep-seated respect for the land, the people, and a heritage of uncompromising tradition.
